Cancellation Policy
At Natural Beauty Loft, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. In order to respect the time of our clients and stylists, we kindly ask that all appointments be managed with care and consideration.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total.
No-Shows
• Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
• No-shows will result in a 100% charge of the service total and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted at the salon’s discretion.
Booking & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This amount will go toward your service total.
• Deposits will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule outside the allowed time frame.
